You might not notice the small store if you are driving down Main Street in Tomball, but Peace Love Autism a special store that offers a warm, welcoming space where love, understanding, and families meet and come together. You might not understand Autism, but if your child or a family member has been diagnosed with it, your life will be changed.
For Tara Reynolds, that change happened when her son Robbie was diagnosed at only 18 months with autism. From that moment on, Tara knew she had to help, not only her son, but others with Autistic children. From her special designed shirts and hats with positive messages, her line of clothing quickly grew as an online shopping haven.

Moving ahead, Tara knew there was more than needed to be done. She opened the small shop on Main, and families began to find their way to her. Bright colors for the children and the ability to talk to others who are also raising these special needs children are the mainstay of the store.
Bob Van der Zwet, is a fixture at the store and Tara's father, who is the official greeter for everyone who stops by. From the sensory wall for kids and the resource wall for parents, Love Peace Autism is more than just a store; it’s a connection for children and parents alike. And that connection is growing. A recent expansion has allowed room for guest speakers and yoga for moms. Every quarter, Tara gives to Channing's Joy, a non-profit Autism organization, a portion of her sales.
Stop by the store and purchase one of the many items tailored-made to support the Autistic children and families in our area.
